The thing with hard water is the scale and the pads deteriorate over time and reduce the cooling efficiency and also begin to smell bad.

I bought the havai honeycomb pad set for the Crompton Ozone 75L cooler. It was a perfect fit and very easy to install. The pads are highly absorbent and the cooler works like new, now.

I was looking for Symphony Diet 12T air cooler's motor, found an excellent deal at Havai, ordered instantly and received in a few days. I replaced the motor myself and works like a charm. Be sure to order the correct spare as per the specs. I would recommend buying from havai instead.
